  • 1 Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Jerk

Conditioning

Complete for time:

  • 800m Run

Then 3 rounds of:

  • 20 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters (50#/35# – 10 each arm)
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps
