  • Front Squat x 5 @ 21×1 tempo (60-65-70-70% 1RM)
    • Rest :45
  • 50yd Bottoms Up Kettlebell Carry (25yds each arm)
    • Rest :90

Conditioning

3 rounds – Each for time:

  • 20 Wall Balls (30#/20#)
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Wall Balls
  • 10 Burpees

-Rest 2 minutes between each round
