  • 20 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
  • 20 Goblet Squats (53#/35#)
  • 10 Synchro Burpees
  • 2 Lap Run
  • 30 KB Swings
  • 30 Goblet Squats
  • 15 Synchro Burpees
  • 2 Lap Run
  • 40 KB Swings
  • 40 Goblet Squats
  • 20 Synchro Burpees
  • 2 Lap Run
  • 50 KB Swings
  • 50 Goblet Squats
  • 25 Synchro Burpees
  • 2 Lap run….

Continue up the ladder, as far as possible until the 20 minutes is up.
