Conditioning

10 minute AMRAP:

  • 3 Deadlifts (225#/153#)
  • 3 Handstand Push-ups
  • 6 Deadlifts
  • 6 HSPU
  • 9 Deadlifts
  • 9 HSPU..

Continue up the ladder, adding three reps per round. Score is total reps completed.

Scaling;

  • Deadlift → 60% 1RM
  • HSPU → Pike Push-ups → Kb Push Press
