On Ramp Package

Required package for all newcomers to Capital City CrossFit.

You receive 4 weeks of the following:

3 weeks, 3 days per week of group training with fellow newcomers to Capital City CrossFit. These three weeks will provide the foundation for knowledge and competency in the essential movements and schemes you will experience as a CrossFitter. We do not throw our clients/athletes to the wolves. We want to safely and appropriately bring you into the exciting world of CrossFit!

During the 4th week of the package, you are free to attend any group classes from Monday thru Sunday.

Upon completion of the On Ramp Package (or before) you can decide which Membership Plan will be best fit your needs.
