Brian has been using CrossFit as his primary training program since January of 2008. He has been training others using CrossFit since getting his Level 1 Certification in July of 2009. His favorite part of being a coach is seeing his athletes improve and achieve what they never thought was possible.
“My main objective as a coach is to improve quality of life for all of my athletes. The goal is to create a positive environment that breeds a community of health and well being. I believe that the CrossFit strength and conditioning method is the best way to achieve this. Adding not only years to the life, but life to the years is a top priority.”
