C. EMOM x 4:

  • 1 Back Squat @ 95%

Conditioning

3 Rounds for time:

  • 3 rounds of “Cindy”
  • 1 round of “DT”

*1 Round of Cindy = 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Sqauts

**1 Round of DT = 12 Deadlifts (155#/103#), 9 Hang Power Cleans (155#/103#), 6 Push Jerks (155#/103#)
