Conditioning
In a 3 minute window complete the following:
- 75 Double Unders
- 20 Kb Swings (53#/35#)
- Max Bar Hopping Burpees
-Rest 2 minutes between rounds. Complete 4 rounds. Score is total number of burpees completed for all four rounds combined.
