Clean Complex

This is the same complex as last week – just 5% heavier.

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes (3 sets) complete:

  • 3 Clean Pulls + 3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Jerks @ 55-60% 1RM Clean

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes complete:

  • 2 Clean Pulls + 2 Power Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 2 Push Jerks @ 65-70% 1RM Clean

Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes complete:

  • 1 Clean Pull + 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Jerk @ 75-80% 1RM Clean

Conditioning

10 minute AMRAP:

  • 2 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 2 Weighted Box Step-ups (2 x 50#/35# to 20″/18″ box)
  • 4 Strict HSPU
  • 4 Step-ups
  • 6 HSPU
  • 6 Step-ups
  • 8 HSPU
  • 8 Step-ups
  • 10 HSPU
  • 10 Step-ups

*If you get through the round of tens, start back at the beginning with the twos.

Score is total number of reps completed.
