B. 15 minute AMRAP – :90 On/:90 Off
- 10 Cal Row
- 10 Burpees
Partner 1 will work for 90 seconds, completing as many rounds + reps as possible in that time. At the start of the next :90, Partner 2 will pick up where Partner 1 left off. Each partner will complete five :90 rounds of both A and B. Score is total number of rounds + reps for both A and B.
