Conditioning

Partner WOD

With a partner, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minute of:

  • 12 Wall Balls (30#/20#)
  • 12 Hang DB Snatches – 6 each arm (50#/35#)
  • 6 Burpee Box Jumps (24″/20″)

Alternate full rounds with you partner.  Move quickly through your round knowing you have approx. 1:1 work to rest ratio.
