Clean Complex

  • 6 x 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Split Jerk

Build to a heavy complex, or keep it comfortable and work on technique.

Conditioning

5 rounds for time:

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 20 Walking Lunge Steps
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Scaling:

30 Double Unders → 15-20 Double Unders → 60 Singles

10 Handstand Push-ups → 5 HSPUs → 10 Pike Push-ups → 10 DB Push Press
