  • 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Snatch (build to 75% snatch max or a moderate weight)

B. Every :90 for 5 sets:

  • 1 Snatch (build to a heavy single)

Conditioning

For time:

  • 30 Alternating DB Power Snatches (50#/35#)
  • 20 Target Burpees (Jump to 6″-10″ above standing reach)
  • 30 Single Arm DB Overhead Squats (50#/35# – 15 each arm)
  • 20 Target Burpees
  • 30 Alternating DB Squat Snatches (50#/35#)
