Strength

7 x 5 Back Squats – Every minute on the minute.

  • Aim for ~60% of 1RM. Use the same weight for all seven sets.

Conditioning

5 x 3 minute AMRAP:

  • 3 Power Cleans (135#/93#)
  • 6 Push-ups
  • 9 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute between rounds. Start each round where you left off in the previous round.
