Conditioning

8 minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Deadlifts (225#/153# – Scale to 60% of 1RM)
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

If your overall max is less than 365#/245# then scale to 60% of 1RM.

The scalings for handstand push-ups are pike push-ups from a box/hand release push-ups.
