8 x 3 – Every 2 minutes:

  • Set 1 – 50% 1Rm
  • Set 2 – 65%
  • Set 3 – 75%
  • Set 4 – 80%
  • Set 5 – 85%
  • Set 6-8 – 90+%

Conditioning

4 x 3 minute AMRAP

  • 10 Kb Swings (70#/53#)
  • 10 Goblet Squats (70#/53#)
  • 10 Push-ups

*Rest 1 minute between each round. Begin each round where you left off in the previous round.
