A. Every 2 minute for 5 sets:

  • Set 1: 5 Reps @ 65%
  • Set 2: 4 Reps @ 75%
  • Set 3: 3 Reps @ 80%
  • Set 4: 2 Reps @ 85%
  • Set 5: 1 Rep @ 90%

B. One set of max reps @ 75%

Conditioning

4 rounds for time:

  • 40 Double Unders
  • 15 Thrusters (75#/53#)
  • 10 Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups
