Back Squat

  • 5 reps @ 75% 5RM
  • 5 reps @ 80%
  • 5 reps @ 85%
  • 3 x 3 @ 90%

Conditioning

4 x 4:00 AMRAP:

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats

Rest 1:00 between each round.  Start each round where you left off in the previous round.

Score = total Rounds + Reps
