In a team of three, complete as many rounds as possible in 25:00 of:

  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 50 Double Kb Deadlifts (70#/53#)
  • 50 Toes-2-Bar
  • 50 Kb Swings (70#/53#)

*While two athletes work on the reps, the third athlete runs 400m.
