September 2017 Athlete of the Month – Niko Perdiou

Congratulations to Niko Perdiou, our September Athlete of the Month.  Over the past year Niko has done nothing but show consistency and bring a workmanlike approach every time he steps into the gym.  In this time, we have seen Niko transform himself into not only a better CrossFit athlete, but also a more confident, self-assured individual.  Never one to complain, Niko brings a can-do attitude to every workout and never backs down from the challenges we throw at him.  Congratulations Niko, it is well deserved.  Keep up the hard work!
1. In general, what is your background?
  • I’m born and raised in Springfield, IL. I went to high school at Springfield High and now I am attending Lincoln Land Community College. I intend to major in criminal justice. I began my on ramp class in July of 2016 and since then I have lost 45lbs.
